By using the Bauhinia TCM Center website and its online booking service, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using this site.

1. Purpose of this site

This site provides information about the Clinic's services and practitioners, health education content, and an online booking facility.

Everything published here is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2. Bookings

A booking submitted through this site is a request. It becomes effective once the Clinic confirms it, and our staff may telephone you to verify.

To cancel or change an appointment, please use the patient portal at least 24 hours beforehand. Within 24 hours, call the Clinic directly.

The Clinic reserves the right to change or cancel an appointment where a practitioner is unexpectedly unavailable or in the event of circumstances beyond our control, and will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

Tell the Clinic immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

You must ensure the information you give us is true and accurate. Inaccurate information can compromise the safety of your care.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, marks and images on this site belong to the Clinic or its licensors.

They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written consent. Personal, non-commercial quotation should carry an attribution.

5. Limitation of liability

The Clinic takes reasonable care over the accuracy of this site but gives no warranty as to its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Clinic is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Clinic's negligence.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Chinese Traditional Medicines Hospital operates as a Chinese medicine clinic under the Chinese Medicine Ordinance (Cap. 549) of the laws of Hong Kong. All practitioners are registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong; their registration numbers are published on each practitioner profile and may be verified on the Council's register.
